How the school of hard knocks taught competitive twin boys to battle the world instead of each other.

Based on a true story. Identical twin brothers are entangled in competition in every aspect of their lives. The loving bond they share is strong, but suffers under the constant scrutiny of their classmates. A turning point comes when one twin receives a lower test score due to a teacher’s mistake. Trying to rectify the error sets into motion an event that changes both twins’ lives. Written by one twin and narrated by the other, the film gives us a peek into the life of twins.

  • Linda Kudzmas is an independent animator based in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. She started animating in college by using paper cut-outs filmed with a 16mm Bolex camera. After graduating, she was hired as full-time faculty in the animation department at the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she continued to teach all levels of traditional and 2D digital animation for over 22 years. During that time, Linda obtained mild success with her independent animation in the festival circuit. She took a leave of absence from teaching to animate and direct segments in season two of ‘VH1 Illustrated’ produced by Camp Chaos. Linda continued to develop her paper cut-out style throughout the years, but digitally, using Adobe programs. Linda currently operates a freelance business and is producing her next independent animated short.

  • James lives with his wife Sunshine and a muddle of guinea pigs in suburban Pittsburgh. A four-time nominee and one-time winner of the Prestigious National Magazine Awards, James has written for Men’s Journal, National Geographic Adventure, GQ, the New York Times, Men’s Health, and numerous other publications. A competitive Masters Swimmer, he has been ranked 1st in the world in various geriatric age groups, an achievement he likens to winning “best in breed” at a small regional dog show. He and wife Sunshine also run a successful B&B and have been designated Airbnb “Superhosts” for the past four years in a row.

  • John graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and taught at the Art Institute of Philadelphia for 30 years. He then began to create documentaries about area artists on YouTube that have been widely praised for exposing insights of artist's processes. John and his long suffering wife, Nancy, live on a New Jersey barrier island and expect they will be under water in the not too distant future.
